Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange were trading 49.50 points, or 0.47 per cent, lower at 10,450.50, indicating a negative start for the Nifty50. Here’s a list of stocks which may hog limelight in today’s session:
Jet Airways: The company posted its third quarterly loss in a row as yields remained under pressure and fuel expenses rose. The carrier, which is facing debt repayments, bills from vendors and has delayed salaries several times, is on the hunt for an investor to throw it a financial lifeline but the board didn’t divulge anything new on fundraising.
Dewan Housing: Buyout firms Bain Capital, Baring Asia, Centrum, Chrys Capital and KKR are among the investors bidding for a majority stake in affordable housing lender Aadhaar Housing Finance owned by Wadhwan Group, multiple sources familiar with the matter told ET. If the deal is struck, it could ease liquidity pressure on parent Dewan Housing Finance, a group company.Meanwhile, DHFLNSE 3.83 % said it plans to raise Rs 1,500 crore through an issue of bonds.
Sun Pharma, Grasim Industries: Allahabad Bank, Apollo TyresNSE -2.92 %, Sun Pharma, Tata Steel, Grasim IndustriesDilip Buildcon, General Insurance Corporation of India, Glenmark Pharma, IRCON International, Lemon Tree Hotels, Lovable Lingerie, NMDC and PTC India are among companies, which will announce their quarterly results later in the day.
IL&FS group stocks: The National Companies Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) will hear the government’s plea seeking moratorium on recovery of 90 days on loans by IL&FS and subsidiaries, recovery by third parties and will also hear five large creditors on November 13. IndusInd Bank, which is one of the large five, is likely to vote against the moratorium,.
Sugar stocks: India’s 2018-19 sugar production has started gaining momentum across the country as one-fourth of the sugar mills from Uttar Pradesh and 45% from Maharashtra having already started crushing sugarcane.
Bank of India: Bank of India (BoI) hurtled to a loss from a profit a year ago, burdened by higher provision for bad loans, slow loan growth and trading income. The bank made a Rs 1,156-crore loss in the quarter ended September 2018, against a profit of Rs 179 crore a year earlier.
PNB Housing: The housing finance company has secured a Rs 3,500-crore financing from the National Housing Bank (NHB). The funds will be utilised for the specific sector wise disbursements / end uses as per norms of the respective NHB refinance schemes, it said in a release.
Tata Steel: The expansion of Tata Steel's Kalinganagar plant to 8 million tons per annum capacity from 3 mtpa will incur a cost of Rs 23,500 crore and take 48 months to complete, a top company official said on Monday.

Insecticides India: Agro-chemical firm Insecticides (India) reported 19 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 42.97 crore for the quarter ended September, 2018. Its net profit stood at Rs 36.13 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a regulatory filing.
Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL): The companysaid it will increase investment in Odisha from Rs 45,000 crore to Rs 100,000 crore by 2030.
