RITES के 460 Cr का IPO आज से खुला, आकर्षक वैल्युएशन पर निवेश की सलाह

रेलवे कंसल्टेंसी फर्म राइट्स (RITES) का आईपीओ बुधवार यानी 20 जून से निवेश के लिए खुल रहा है। मौजूदा फाइनेंशियल में यह पहली सरकारी कंपनी है, जो आईपीओ ला रही है। सरकार ने आईपीओ के जरिए 460 करोड़ रुपए जुटाने का लक्ष्‍य रखा है। आईपीओ के लिए प्राइस बैंड 180 से 185 रुपए प्रति शेयर (रिटेल शेयरधारकों और कर्मचारियों के लिए 6 रुपए का डिस्काउंट) रखा गया है। आईपीओ पर एक्सपर्ट्स और ब्रोकरेज हाउस का कहना है कि वैल्युएशन फेयर है, कंपनी का बिजनेस बेहतर है और कंपनी में प्रॉफिट में है। ऐसे में निवेशकों को आगे अच्छा रिटर्न मिल सकता है। 

ट्रांसपोर्ट और इंजीनियरिंग कंसल्टेंट कंपनी

राइट्स मिनिस्ट्री ऑफ रेलवे के तहत ट्रांसपोर्ट और इंजीनियरिंग कंसल्टेंट है, जो अपनी सर्विस विदेशों में भी देती है। कंपनी रेलवे के लिए इंजीनियरिंग, प्रॉक्योरमेंट और कंस्ट्रक्शन बेसिस पर प्रोजेक्ट लेती है। कंपनी ने एशिया, अफ्रीका, लैटिन अमेरिका, दक्षिण अमेरिका और पश्चिम एशिया में 55 देशों में अपने प्रोजेक्ट चलाए हैं। कंपनी विदेशों में रॉलिंग स्टॉक मुहैया कराने के लिए इंडियन रेलवेज की एकमात्र एक्सपोर्ट कंपनी है। 

IPO के बारे में 

राइट्स के आईपीओ के जरिए सरकार अपनी 12 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी या 2.52 करोड़ शेयरों की बिक्री करेगी। आईपीओ 20 जून से 22 जून तक खुला रहेगा। राइट्स की पेड-अप कैपिटल 200 करोड़ रुपए है और अभी सरकार के पास कंपनी की 100 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी है। आईपीओ के लिए प्राइस बैंड 180 से 185 रुपए प्रति शेयर तय किया गया है। इसके जरिए कुल 460 करोड़ रुपए जुटाने का लक्ष्‍य है। 

कंपनी की फाइनेंशियल स्थिति 

राइट्स पिछले 5 साल से मुनाफे के बिजनेस में है और शेयर होल्डर्स को रेग्युलर डिविडेंड दे रही है। फाइनेंशियल ईयर 2013 से 2017 के बीच कंपनी का रेवेन्यू औसतन  फीसदी सालाना के दर से बढ़ा है। वहीं, इस दौरान नेट प्रॉफिट 11 फीसदी कंपाउंड एनुअल ग्रोथ रेट के हिसाब से बढ़ा है। इस दौरान एबटिडा ग्रोथ 13.3 फीसदी रही है। दिसंबर में खत्म हुए 9 महीने में कंपनी का रेवेन्यू 936 करोड़ रुपए और प्रॉफिट 243 करोड़ रुपए रहा है। कंपनी का ऑर्डरबुक पिछले 3 साल में 35.8 फीसदी सालाना के दर से बढ़ा है जो 4500 करोड़ रुपए से ज्यादा का हो चुका है। 

निवेश की सलाह

ब्रोकरेज हाउस कोटक सिक्युरिटीज के अनुसार कंपनी का ऑर्डरबुक मजबूत है। वहीं, आईपीओ का वैल्युएशन भी आकर्षक है। निवेशक इसमें पैसा लगा सकते हैं। वहीं, ब्रोकरेज हाउस सेंट्रम वेल्थ के अनुसार कंपनी का ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड बेहतर है। कंपनी मुनाफे में है। वहीं, आईपीओ का वैल्युएशन बेहतर होने से निवेश किया जा सकता है। ब्रोकरेज हाउस मोतीलाल ओसवाल ने भी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर में बड़ी अपॉर्च्युनिटी से कंपनी को फायदा होगा। कंपनी का फाइनेंशियल अच्छा है। आईपीओ अट्रैक्टिव वैल्युएशन पर खुल रहा है।

TCS to consider buyback proposal at company meet today

TCS’ Board of Directors will consider a proposal for buyback of equity shares of the company at its meeting to be held today. However, the company has not provided any additional details regarding the proposal.

Last year, the IT company had undertaken a Rs16,000cr mega buyback offer, entailing 5.61cr shares at a price of Rs2,850 per equity share.

TCS derives ~32% of its revenue from BFSI vertical, whereas Retail and CPG contribute 12.3% communication & media, life sciences & healthcare, manufacturing and technology contribute 7-8% each. 

TCS is witnessing increasing traction in digital business where it signed its first USD50mn+ deal in FY18. TCS’ deal momentum remains strong as exhibited in the largest ever (USD2bn) deal signed with Transamerica and USD690mn+ deal signed with Prudential (for Diligenta).

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd is currently trading at Rs1,800.55 up by Rs8.3 or 0.46% from its previous closing of Rs1,792.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs1,801 and has touched a high and low of Rs1,810.90 and Rs1,798 respectively. So far 11,38,277 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs6,86,176.39cr.

Avanti Feeds extends gains to the second session, zooms nearly 14%

Extending the gains to the second session, shares of Avanti FeedsNSE 12.89 % surged nearly 14 per cent on BSE during Thursday's trade. 

The scrip was trading 11.24 per cent up at Rs 1,805. The Sensex was 0.91 per cent up at 35,500. 

Shares of the company has been rallying since Wednesday as a top executive tried to calm nerves about the state of affairs in the company. 

Managing Director Indra Kumar told ETNow that shrimp demand has normalised and the company has order for the next 6 months. 

"We are not worried about margins and the business is doing pretty good. There is nothing to worry about the business side. Correction in shrimp prices has caused demand to go up," Kumar said.
