Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange were trading 57 points, or 0.53 per cent, higher at 10,755, indicating a positive start for the Nifty50. Here’s a list of stocks which may hog limelight in today’s session: 

Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management (RNAM): The company has filed draft papers with the regulators for the fourth tranche of the CPSE Exchange Traded Fund. The ETF, likely to be launched in the last week of November, will raise Rs 8,000 crore with a green shoe option to retain Rs 4,000 to Rs 6,000 crore. 

Deepak Nitrite: The Vadodara-based Deepak company said that search operations were being carried on by the income tax department at the company premise. 

Dr Reddy's Laboratories: The audit of Formulations Srikakulum Plant (SEZ) Unit II, Andhra Pradesh by the US FDA, has been completed with zero observations. 

Oil India: The company board will on Monday Consider and approve issuance of debt securities in domestic or overseas markets.Besides, the company will consider a share buyback proposal. 

IT stocks: Cognizant said mid-term growth will accelerate to 7-11 per cent in constant currency terms. It expanded its buyback authorisation to $5 billion. 

Nestle India: Nestle is pitted against Anglo-Dutch consumer giant Unilever in the final round of negotiations for GlaxoSmithKline’s consumer nutrition business in India that includes the prized Horlicks malt drink brand, said three people aware of the development. 

Siemens: The company reported more than 55 per cent decline in standalone profit to Rs 279.2 crore for the quarter ended on September 30, 2018. The company had reported a net profit of Rs 62 .. 

NTPC: The company has invited expression of interest (EoI) for construction of fly ash-based geopolymer concrete roads at its plants to demonstrate use of this technology, a company official said. 

DLF: DLF Cyber City Developers, a joint venture between DLF and GIC, expects about Rs 350 crore annual rental income from its upcoming commercial project at Gurugram which will get completed by March next year, sources said. 

TCS: Tata Consultancy Services is looking at scaling up to $100-million clients in engineering research and design (ER&D) outsourcing as deal sizes and durations in the space continue to grow, a senior TCS executive said. ER&D is a fast-growing part of outsourcing spend. 

HDFC: Housing finance firm HDFC said it has disbursed over Rs 1,100 crore subsidy to over 51,000 customers under the government's flagship scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). 

Infosys: Infosys Friday said it has completed the formation of its joint venture with Temasek that will provide the Singapore-based company and its other clients with solutions in advanced technologies, including cloud, data analytics and artificial intelligence.

Infosys: The IT major named Jayesh Sanghrajka as the interim chief financial officer to succeed M D Ranganath. The Bengaluru-based company, in a regulatory filing, said the board is in the process of selecting the next CFO. 

IOC, ONGC and OIL: government is considering a plan to sell shares worth $2 billion in Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC), Indian Oil Corp (IOC) and Oil IndiaNSE 0.17 % Ltd (OIL) to help meet this year’s divestment target, according to people familiar with the matter. This would be on top of the proceeds generated from a likely Rs 10,000-crore share buyback by these companies. 

Jet Airways: The board of Tata Sons is likely to meet here Friday to vet a proposal to buy out the cash- strapped Jet Airways, which sent its share prices soaring over 26 percent, according to people familiar with the development. 

HDFC: India’s largest mortgage lender is set to raise up to $1 billion through its maiden dollar bond sales which is likely to hit the market in January, three people with the direct knowledge of the matter, told ET. 

Kotak Mahindra Bank: ING Mauritius Investments I sold 1.27 cr shares of Kotak Mahindra BankNSE 2.86 % on Thursday at an average price of Rs 1,130 per share, NSE block deal data showed. TFL Pension Fund bought 6.25 lakh shares, Government of Singapore bought 95.57 lakh shares and Aberdeen Asset Management Asia bought 25.63 lakh shares, data showed. 

IDFC Bank: Domestic ratings agency Icra has downgraded the long-term ratings of the youngest private sector lender IDFC Bank on profitability concerns. Downgrading the bank, the agency said profitability of the bank will remain weak in the medium- to near- term even after the planned merger with Capital First and added that high cost wholesale liabilities are also a concern. 

Tata Investment Corporation: The board of directors will consider proposal for buyback of equity shares of the company, at its meeting to be held later in the day. 

Bharat Road Network: Infrastructure firm Bharat Road Network (BRNL) reported more than 43 per cent fall in its standalone net profit at Rs 4.43 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2018. The company had clocked Rs 7.86 crore net profit during the same quarter a year ago, BRNL said in a BSE filing. 

NHPC: State-run hydro power giant NHPC's board has approved buy back of 21.42-crore equity shares at Rs 28 apiece, aggregating Rs 600 crore. 

YES Bank: Former SBI chairman O P Bhatt has resigned from the panel set up by Yes Bank to find a successor to its MD and CEO Rana Kapoor, the private sector bank said Thursday. Bhatt, who was an external expert on the Search and Selection Committee (S&SC), resigned with "immediate effect" as "there may be a potential conflict of interest", the bank added. 

Tourism Finance Corporation of India: SREI Infrastructure Finance, Supreme Infrastructure India, Tourism Finance Corporation of India. are among a few companies which will announce their quarterly earnings later in the day.

इस कंपनी पर 5 ब्रोकरेज हाउस ने जताया भरोसा, 47% मिल सकता है रिटर्न

सितंबर तिमाही के नतीजे के बाद टाइटन कंपनी ( Titan Company) पर 5 ब्रोकरेज हाउस ने अपनी बाय रेटिंग बरकरार रखी है। वित्त वर्ष 2019 की दूसरी तिमाही में टाइटन का कंसोलिडेटेड मुनाफा 8.34 फीसदी बढ़कर 301.11 करोड़ रुपए रहा। पिछले साल समान तिमाही में टाइटन का मुनाफा 277.93 करोड़ रुपए रहा था। 

करंट फाइनेंशियल ईयर की दूसरी तिमाही में कंपनी का रिटेल सेल्स ग्रोथ सालाना आधार पर 29 फीसदी बढ़ा। बेहतर सेल्स की वजह से ब्रोकरेज हाउसों ने टाइटन पर बाय रेटिंग बरकार रखते हुए टारगेट बढ़ा दी है। 

जिससे इसमें आगे 47 फीसदी तक रिटर्न मिल सकता है।

आय बढ़कर 4,595.13 करोड़ रु
सितंबर तिमाही में टाइटन कंपनी की कुल आय 4,595.13 करोड़ रुपए रही जो इससे पिछले वित्त वर्ष की समान अवधि में 3,603.01 करोड़ रुपए थी। 
इस दौरान ज्वैलरी बिजनेस से कंपनी की आय 29 फीसदी बढ़कर 3,582 करोड़ रुपए रही, जबकि घड़ियों के कारोबार से उसकी आय 17 फीसदी बढ़कर 676 करोड़ रुपएरही है।

EBITDA मार्जिन घटकर 10.6 फीसदी
सालाना आधार पर दूसरी तिमाही में टाइटन का EBITDA मार्जिन 12.7 फीसदी से घटकर 10.6 फीसदी रहा। सालाना आधार पर दूसरी तिमाही में टाइटन का ऑपरेटिंग प्रॉफिट 5 फीसदी बढ़कर 467.1 करोड़ रुपए रहा। पिछले साल ऑपरेटिंग प्रॉफिट 444.4 करोड़ रुपए रहा था।

4 फीसदी बढ़ा शेयर
बेहतर नतीजे की वजह से सोमवार के कारोबार में टाइटन के शेयर में 4 फीसदी की तेजी दर्ज की गई। BSE पर शेयर 4 फीसदी बढ़कर 882.70 रुपए के भाव पर पहुंच गया।

Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange were trading 49.50 points, or 0.47 per cent, lower at 10,450.50, indicating a negative start for the Nifty50. Here’s a list of stocks which may hog limelight in today’s session: 

Jet Airways: The company posted its third quarterly loss in a row as yields remained under pressure and fuel expenses rose. The carrier, which is facing debt repayments, bills from vendors and has delayed salaries several times, is on the hunt for an investor to throw it a financial lifeline but the board didn’t divulge anything new on fundraising. 

Dewan Housing: Buyout firms Bain Capital, Baring Asia, Centrum, Chrys Capital and KKR are among the investors bidding for a majority stake in affordable housing lender Aadhaar Housing Finance owned by Wadhwan Group, multiple sources familiar with the matter told ET. If the deal is struck, it could ease liquidity pressure on parent Dewan Housing Finance, a group company.Meanwhile, DHFLNSE 3.83 % said it plans to raise Rs 1,500 crore through an issue of bonds. 

Sun Pharma, Grasim Industries: Allahabad Bank, Apollo TyresNSE -2.92 %, Sun Pharma, Tata Steel, Grasim IndustriesDilip Buildcon, General Insurance Corporation of India, Glenmark Pharma, IRCON International, Lemon Tree Hotels, Lovable Lingerie, NMDC and PTC India are among companies, which will announce their quarterly results later in the day. 

IL&FS group stocks: The National Companies Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) will hear the government’s plea seeking moratorium on recovery of 90 days on loans by IL&FS and subsidiaries, recovery by third parties and will also hear five large creditors on November 13. IndusInd Bank, which is one of the large five, is likely to vote against the moratorium,. 

Sugar stocks: India’s 2018-19 sugar production has started gaining momentum across the country as one-fourth of the sugar mills from Uttar Pradesh and 45% from Maharashtra having already started crushing sugarcane. 

Bank of India: Bank of India (BoI) hurtled to a loss from a profit a year ago, burdened by higher provision for bad loans, slow loan growth and trading income. The bank made a Rs 1,156-crore loss in the quarter ended September 2018, against a profit of Rs 179 crore a year earlier. 

PNB Housing: The housing finance company has secured a Rs 3,500-crore financing from the National Housing Bank (NHB). The funds will be utilised for the specific sector wise disbursements / end uses as per norms of the respective NHB refinance schemes, it said in a release. 

Tata Steel: The expansion of Tata Steel's Kalinganagar plant to 8 million tons per annum capacity from 3 mtpa will incur a cost of Rs 23,500 crore and take 48 months to complete, a top company official said on Monday. 

Nalco: Aluminium major Nalco said Monday its net profit more than doubled to Rs 510 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2018, helped by a 23 per cent rise in its revenue. The company had clocked a net profit of Rs 234.63 crore du .. 

Insecticides India: Agro-chemical firm Insecticides (India) reported 19 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 42.97 crore for the quarter ended September, 2018. Its net profit stood at Rs 36.13 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a regulatory filing. 

Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL): The companysaid it will increase investment in Odisha from Rs 45,000 crore to Rs 100,000 crore by 2030.

FPI ने सिर्फ 5 ट्रेडिंग सेशन में किया 4,800 करोड़ का निवेश, क्रूड में नरमी-रुपए में मजबूती का असर

फॉरेन पोर्टफोलियो इन्वेस्टर्स (FPI) ने पिछले पांच कारोबारी दिनों में इंडियन कैपिटल मार्केट में करीब 4,800 करोड़ रुपए का निवेश किया। जबकि अक्टूबर में इन्होंने भारी निकासी की थी। 

इसकी अहम वजह क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतों में नरमी और रुपए में मजबूती है। अक्टूबर में एफपीआई ने 38,900 करोड़ रुपए की निकासी की थी जो पिछले दो साल में की गई सबसे तेज निकासी थी। 

इससे पहले सितंबर में भी एफपीआई ने 21,000 करोड़ रुपए की निकासी की थी। जबकि जुलाई और अगस्त में एफपीआई ने 7,500 करोड़ रुपए का निवेश किया था।

शेयर बाजार में निवेश किए 215 करोड़ रु
डिपॉजिटरी आंकड़ों के अनुसार, 1 से 9 नवंबर के बीच एफपीआई ने शेयर बाजार में 215 करोड़ रुपए का निवेश किया जबकि डेट मार्केट में 4,557 करोड़ रुपए निवेश किए। इस प्रकार कुल निवेश 4,772 करोड़ रुपए रहा।

क्रूड में नरमी, यील्ड्स में गिरावट से सुधार
जियोजित फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेस के हेड ऑफ रिसर्च विनोद नायर ने कहा, क्रूड ऑयल की कीमतें नीचे आने और यील्ड्स में गिरावट की वजह से लिक्विडिटी संबंधी चिंताएं कुछ कम हुई हैं। 

वहीं अक्टूबर में पांच महीने के अंतराल के बाद जीएसटी क्लेक्शन 1 लाख करोड़ रुपए के पार होने से निवेशकों का सेंटीमेंट्स सुधरा है।
